Reselling:
Reselling or transferring our servers, products, or services is strictly prohibited without written permission from V2 Game Servers staff.

What we offer:
From start to finish V2 will do their best to insure your rental purchase is everything you need it to be and more. We will set up your server to your specifications within our guidelines. We will provide you with the necessary tools to run your server. You will have access to send trouble tickets to our staff to handle any support issues associated with your server or website. We will do our best to handle these issues in the fastest way possible.

Coupons & Discounts:
All coupons that V2 Game Servers offer are for the first month of service, (unless the coupon is specifically stated to be for the life of the account). It is our staff's policy to make sure you understand what our coupons do, and how long they last! However, we retain the right to not add the coupon to the next month of service, if V2 feels it has been taken advantage of.

Billing:

Payments will be recieved before a server is released for play, we must have full payment. All invoices will be emailed 1-2 days before your billing cycle ends. You are responsible to make these payments within the 7 day period of time to avoid disruption of service. We reserve the right to interrupt service or terminate it if funds are not received by the due date on your billing cycle. A fee may apply for reconnection of services and a credit will not be issued for the time your server was down due to lack of payment. V2 accepts MasterCard, Visa, and PayPal. On credit card payments we will have a recurring charge set up to automatically deduct amount owed on your billing cycle. To cancel service you must email support@v2gaming.net before the billing cycle triggers the next payment. . If for any reason you are not satisfied with our gameserver within a three day period after purchase, and decide to cancel service you shall be entitled to a refund up to 90% of the rental price. V2 pricing is subject to change at any time for any client. Location moves are possibly subject to a fee of 25 dollars.

Cancellations:
You must send in a required email request to support@v2gaming.net requesting cancellation on the server. It is mandatory you provide the name on account and your server ftp username and password. Cancellations must be verified by email to the account holder to be considered cancelled, that is to protect our users from fruad.

Connectivity:
At V2, we pride ourselves on using only the finest quality servers and thehighest quality banwidth we can find. While their reputation is outstanding we cannot guarantee their uptime nor anyones ping to a V2 server. Variables such as ones ISP, bandwidth, routing, and computer can be the limiting factor. Should any client have ping or related issues with a V2 server we request you run a tracert to your server and submit an email to support@v2gaming.net
