•rate
maximum data transfer rate
•cl_updaterate
maximum amount of updates from server to you a second
•cl_cmdrate
maximum amount of updates from you to server a second
•ex_interp
time span that your computer use interpolation between updates from the server.
What happens between the updates is than predicted by your home computer for
for the time you don't have server updates. This however can differ from what happened in real time on the server and the serverDecides if you make a kill or not.The more updates you get, the more real time connection you get and lower the chancesof your computer making wrong predictions.
